  2. Choose Family & other users and click Add someone else to this PC option under the Other Users section.
  3. Further, choose I don’t have this person’s sign-in information, then click Add a user without a Microsoft account.
  4. Enter the details of the new account and click Finish.
  5. Choose the newly created account, select Account Type, then Administrator, and click OK.
